The Calgary Winter Club employs over 300 people, and provides a great, happy, healthy and productive work environment. Many of our people have been with us for ten, even twenty or more years.

Please be aware that the Calgary Winter Club conducts criminal record checks on all potential employees whether part time, full time, or contract. The employee may be a new employee, promoted existing employee, or a new/different position for an existing employee.

In addition to criminal record checks, credit checks are conducted on candidates/employees hired or promoted in the following areas: Sports Shop, reception, security, housekeeping, administration, food and beverage, managers, massage therapists, and personal trainers.

Senior Management and Administration positions will also undergo credential verification.
