818 BISTRO
The 818 Bistro & Lounge welcomes all Calgary Winter Club members and their guests into our unique Club restaurant. The Bistro showcases a menu design for all ages, with a focus on value, quality, presentation and utilization of regional food available in Southern Alberta. Our philosophy is focused on trying to fully meet the needs, or even exceed the expectations, of our member’s and at the same time try to maintain variety, freshness and creativity balanced by great service. The 818 Bistro maintains a variety of menu’s depending upon days of the week and even the specific hours of each day, as this restaurant operates seven days a week.
Executive Chef Gary Campbell and his team have created special menus designed to offer a continuous menu variety, as these special menus will vary in theme, content and are created with seasonality in mind. Examples of these menus are; bi-weekly feature sheets, weekly feature buffets, special diet menus, children’s menu, monthly Sunday theme brunch buffet, catch of the week and many more.
The 818 Bistro, throughout each week, experiences spikes in demand for use and we strongly recommend members consider making dining reservations for the 818 Bistro by contacting the Front Desk at 403-289-5511. Group bookings exceeding (10-12 people) are encouraged to contact the Catering Office at 403-338-2427.

Calgary Winter Club Cafe
The Club Cafe is the Calgary Winter Club's casual food service experience and meeting place for all members of the Club.
The Club Cafe operates seven days a week including most holidays, with hours of operation usually from 6:30 am – 9:00 pm. Hot kitchen hours do vary depending on the specific days of the week and Club hours of operation. The Club Cafe offers a menu designed to meet the needs and exceed our members’ expectations, all the while trying to maintain value and quality with health in mind.
The menu showcases an expanded grab-n-go menu, a children’s menu, build your own sandwich menu, new stir-fry bowls, plus featured lunch and dinner meal deals along with the popular menu items that have become synonymous with the Club Cafe over the years. Through the strong efforts of Club Cafe Manager, Miguel Medrano and his team, we continue to strive for better customer service, implementation of new ideas, focus on healthier menu designs and maintain a fair and yet reasonable price point. The recent upgrades to the Club Cafe(summer 2012) made this area a more pleasing and modern venue. The expanded seating options now stretching into the curling lobby has added 80 new seats and provides a larger space for dining in the peak periods throughout each week.
