This assessment includes a consultation with a Certified Personal Trainer explaining your results and making suggestions regarding your Fitness Program.
PARTIAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT
If you are just looking for a quick fitness assessment you can choose one of the following selections: body fat composition, aerobic fitness, muscle strength, endurance and power, or posture and flexibility.
This is our most comprehensive and result orientated package. This includes a Full Fitness Assessment, a 6-8 week program designed specifically for you to reach your goals, and ending with a re-test to compare your results.
