Our Drop-in Group Fitness program offers a variety of classes seven days a week. Classes include cycle, yoga, cardio classes, strength training, core classes and so much more. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Let our fabulous instructors take you through a fun and challenging workout.
THERE ARE 2 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE IN THESE CLASSES:
- Sign up for our Monthly Group Fitness Registration on Game Time for $55/month. This allows access to all classes on the Group Fitness Schedule.
- Purchase a Coupon Book of 10 classes for $80. These are available at the Front Desk, or Fitness Desk, and are given to the instructor at the beginning of each class.
