Specialty Fitness Programs

There are many fitness classes available to members of all ages.

  • 2008 - 2009 Classes include:
  • Yoga, Hapkido, Core Conditioning, Pilates and
  • Multi-sport camps. Adult Classes include Core Conditioning, Hapkido, Karate, Yoga, Ballet Workout, Swing and Latin Dancing, Dynamic Yoga, Pilates, Belly Dancing, Sports Conditioning and many more.
  • Child & Teen Classes include Ballet, Fun with Funk, Karate, Hapkido, Rhythmic Gymnastics, Youth Fitness, Yoga for Kids/Teens and much more.
