Fee Schedule (as of January 1st, 2010)
Assessment and first treatment: $90.00
Follow-up Treatments (with or without acupuncture): $65.00
Senior (65+) follow up treatment: $55.00

You may choose to have treatments billed to your CWC account, otherwise, we accept VISA, Mastercard, debit, cash or cheque as alternative methods of payment.

Please note:
1) Payment must be received prior to receiving treatment for any of the above.

2) New patients, or former patients returning with a new injury, must schedule their initial appointment as an assessment (double time slot).

3) We do NOT carry contracts with either the Calgary Health Region, nor the Workers Compensation Board.

Cancellation Policy:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a full treatment charge.


Recently involved in a MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT (MVA)?
Individuals involved in a MVA must consult their family physician or physiotherapist within 10 days of the accident, in order to qualify for direct billing from their insurance company.

Patients will be required to complete an AB-1 form and sign an AB-2 form (to be completed by their physiotherapist).

Minors must have a parent/guardian complete and sign the above mentioned forms.

Once the MVA claim is accepted and is classified within protocol, patients may be entitled to 21 treatments (within 90 days of the accident), fully covered by their insurance company.
