The front desk, with its upbeat and friendly staff of 14, handles bookings for many events and provide general Club information. You can also sign out day lockers and locks.

Sports Office

Court bookings can be made at the Sports Office or on-line. For court booking or registration information, log onto the Game Time site.

Security

The CWC employs security staff, who provide 24 hour security services. To contact security speak to the staff at the Front Desk. CWC members are asked to carry their cards with them at all times. We frequently have security checks to ensure that only members and their guests are using the facilities. For security reasons all guests must check in at the Front Desk regardless of whether they are visiting for social or recreational purposes. Guests using the athletic facilities will be given a receipt for their guest fees paid and should keep this with them in case of a security check.

To help protect members' valuables we recommend that all members keep their possessions locked in their lockers at all times. We have safety lock-ups in each locker room should you want to lock up valuables such as jewelry. Day lockers, locks and keys are available at the Front Desk.

First Aid

First aid supplies are available at the Front Desk and Pool. Personnel are trained in first aid and are available to help with emergencies. They are also equipped with two-way radios for internal communications.

Lost & Found

The lost & found is located at the Sports Office/Front Desk. To check for lost articles, please ask one of the Member Services staff. Found items can be left at the Sports Office/Front Desk during Club hours.

Telephones

Several telephones are located throughout the Club. Only local calls can be made from these phones, and you must dial "9" before dialing a number outside of the Club. We ask that members be considerate and keep calls to a maximum of 5 minutes.

Front Desk Manager: Russ Switzer

Russ, the Member Services Manager, is a graduate of University of Calgary's Phys Ed program, and has worked in fitness and recreation clubs since 1982. Russ has been with the CWC since 1987 and is responsible for front desk and daytime security operations.
