As a member owned club, The Calgary Winter Club prides itself on providing quality service throughout the many departments of the club. Service begins with the Member Services Department who manage the front desk and sports office areas. The scope of knowledge required by the Member Services staff is very extensive. Training is constantly taking place as new staff members join the team. 

Members have come to appreciate the care and attention provided to their children while in the Child Care Centre. The staff are well trained and qualified to work with infants, preschool and school age children. The environment is warm and friendly and the service is an integral part of parents full enjoyment of the club.

Additional services offered include the full service locker rooms, attended to throughout each day by our diligent housekeeping staff; Massage Services provided by certified therapists; Personal Training in the Fitness & Lifestyle Centre; Physiotherapy; Sport Shop with restringing services; Professional Coaching in a private or group setting provided by all our sport professionals. And of course the professional servers in our Food & Beverage Department.
